Sarah Palin and her slightly less attractive and far more bitter doppleganger, Tina Fey gave “Saturday Night Live” its best ratings in 14 years…

The VPilf’s appearance has been anticipated since Fey began imitating her a month ago, and the cameo led “Saturday Night Live” to its highest mark in overnight Nielsen Media Research ratings since March 1994, when assaulted skater Nancy Kerrigan was guest host.

Let’s be honest… Some of the greatest television to ever come out of the 80’s, maybe even of all time, and certainly one of the fondest memories of my childhood has to be those hokey Public Service Announcements that aired incessantly during Saturday morning and weekday afternoon cartoons.

The best of the bunch were the dark and foreboding ones warning against the evils of sex, drugs and alcohol…

VH1 kicked off their new season of reality tv trash this weekend with the second season of Charm School, “Rock of Love: Charm School”, which is hosted by the first lady of rock… Sharon Osbourne.

VH1 has once again partnered with Dr. Drew Pinsky for a second season of the hit reality series “Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.” The series, consisting of eight one-hour episodes, is slated to premiere Thursday, October 23 at 10pm.

Similar to the first cycle, the second season of “Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.” will follow the real-life experiences of celebrity patients undergoing detoxification and treatment at a center in the Los Angeles area.

Movie lovers Suresh Joachim and Claudia Wavra today emerged as the winners of the Netflix Popcorn Bowl event after 123 hours and 10 minutes of continuous movie watching. Hosted by Netflix, the world’s largest online movie rental service, the grueling movie marathon began on October 2 at 12:00 p.m. ET and concluded today at 3:10 p.m. ET establishing a new Guinness World Record for most consecutive hours spent watching movies.

Honestly… I think I probably hold the un-official record… I’ve just never been monitored doing it.

It looks like Jimmy Kimmel and Sarah Silverman are back together… The funniest couple alive has been spotted out and about on both coasts and sources close to the couple are saying they’re on the road back to being together again…

God Damnit! I missed my chance…

Unfortunately… It looks like the only Sarah Silverman action I’m going to be getting any time soon is the televised kind… Luckily the second season of “The Sarah Silverman Program” premieres tonight on Comedy Central… So I won’t have to wait too long.

A national telephone survey of registered women voters commissioned by SheZoom.com, titled ‘Palin vs. Clinton - You Decide.’ asked women in all 50 states about their personal and political preferences pertaining to the two female party leaders.

According to their findings Hillary Clinton would beat Sarah Palin head-to-head by a 2-to-1 margin if the 2012 presidential election were held today… And only women were allowed to vote.

Ummmm… Duh!?!
